Our Boston data center located at 70 Innerbelt Road is a premier data center for enterprises, universities and managed services providers. Our 276,000 square-foot colocation facility is ideally situated in Somerville, Massachusetts, which borders Cambridge and Boston’s Central Business District.
In addition to fully conditioned colocation space available immediately, our Boston data center has unconditioned space available for lease and future data center construction. Nearly 125,000 square feet is available for a large-scale data center build-to-suit, disaster recovery site, or work area recovery space. The unfinished space features ceiling heights of 21 feet and ample space for mechanical and electrical equipment.
